I wanted to redo an apple almond cake, this time gluten free to welcome the beautiful days. Always on a base of very simple dough to prepare and for which only the fruits can change!

Almond apple cake: the recipe
100g of 0% fat yogourt
100g of rapadura sugar
10g of baking soda
60g of millet flour
30g of rice flour
30g of Maïzena
50g of almond powder
1/2 cc of cinnamon
1/2 cc of vanilla extract
Some nuts and almonds chopped for toping
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (rotating heat).
Beat the cottage cheese with the eggs. Add sugar, flour, cornflour, almond powder and baking soda. Homogenize the preparation.
Finish with cinnamon and vanilla.
Peel, seed and grate the apples for more fondant. Add them to the dough.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular or cake mold covered with parchment paper. Finish with almonds and chopped nuts for toping.
Bake for 40 minutes.
The cake must be cooked to heart, golden and very mellow. To be enjoyed with a tea.
