Just before lockdown, I had the pleasure of discovering the new Nicolaï store at 18 rue Marboeuf Paris 8th, very close to the Champs-Elysées. On this occasion, I was able to discover the new fragrance Bois Belize Intense by Nicolaï.
Bois Belize, the exclusivity of the Nicolaï boutiques
Nicolaï invites us on a journey with its new creation inspired by the scents of Belize, a Central American country bordered by lush jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Bois Belize Intense is a smoked tea wrapped in a blend of precious woods : guaiac, patchouli and vetiver.
The top notes are of the citrus register with bergamot, osmanthus and ambrette. In heart notes, we have rose, cardamom and cloves. In base notes, guaiac wood, patchouli, mate, vetiver, oak moss and musk combine.
For this fragrance, Nicolaï has created a unique packaging in the colors of Bois Bélize.
This fragrance is available in two sizes :
- 30ml bottle (59 €),
- 110ml bottle (177 €).

My opinion on this fragrance
This fragrance is intense and subtle. Its citrus entry gives it a fresh side that warms up with the woods and spices that compose it. The result is delicate and original while being extremely elegant and sophisticated. This creation is an invitation to exploration and adventure.
It is perfect for fall/winter because it envelops you with richness.
If you like woody, slightly spicy scents with a touch of citrus and flowers, you will succumb to this creation !
Bois Bélize is mixed, as with all Nicolaï fragrances, can suit both a woman and a man. So let share some fragrance with your best friend or lover !
