New Year’s Eve Makeup
To create an easy makeup for New Year’s Eve, I use the same steps from my usual makeup. I’m going to add a few more touches to transform an everyday look into a more glamorous look.
For the complexion, I will play with the light using a base with small pearl particles to give the complexion glow. In order to have a blurred effect, I chose to use a 2-in-1 foundation which combines a base and a foundation. To complete the complexion, I use a concealer from the same range as the foundation. I finish by fixing everything with a compact powder.
To structure the face, I will use a duo of bronzers : one in a cream formula and the other in powder to bring a warmer side to the face and structured. I also like to add a light touch of color on the cheeks with a rosewood blush. And I finish with the highlighter.
For the eyes, instead of just using an eye shadow stick. I combine the latter with a powder eye shadow for more intensity. To enhance the look, I apply a brown kohl which I will come to blend for a smoky effect. A good dose of mascara and off you go! In order to define the look even more, don’t forget to brush and define your eyebrows.
For the lips, I like to create a unique color by mixing several lip products : a nude hydrating balm to hydrate and to give a veil of color. On top, I add a matte red lipstick and another in plum tones.
