Autumn in Paris is a season I love ! The city is dyed with a whole palette of orange and ocher, the sound of leaves under the feet, smells of roasted chestnuts are in the air…In short, autumn makes me fall back to childhood ! At the same time, it’s Paris Fashion Week where you can discover the most original looks at the corner of a street in the Golden Triangle…In short, Paris wakes up even more at this time.
Autumn in Paris : chic and casual look
The change of season implies a change of wardrobe. Be careful, I’m not saying that you have to go shopping asap…It’s only in Paris, we rarely have room to visualize our two wardrobes ! And I must say that I have not officially flipped between my spring/summer and autumn/winter wardrobe. I admit to having a little trouble to solve myself ! I like so much to see my rack with white, blue and pink shades… That leaving them always makes me a little something.
To get into this early autumn, I left on a rather preppy look with a little sexy touch : a pretty fluid dress with mid bohemian/half chachemire look with its typical patterns. The fishnet tights bring this very feminine touch that I break with a pair of derbies. This outfit is very comfortable and is easily worn in early fall when it is still nice enough to throw on the shoulders a trench coat and a light stole in the morning.
As for accessories, I completely fall for this newsboy style cap with a houndstooth print. The colors are perfect for fall – although I’m not attracted by the usual beige and brown colors at all. I think this hat really enhances my haircut and the natural color of my hair. Adding a multi-row necklace in autumn shades gives light and depth to the look.
Finally, I slipped a large velvet pouch in a dark turquoise under the arm – a color that is seen in recent years on the podium and ready-to-wear stores.
