Collection Blossoms Jo Malone London

The Blossoms collection combines four fragrances some of which have already appeared in previously limited editions. As Céline Roux explains :

Our fragrances from the Blossoms collection are still very popular, so we are often asked to put them on sale again. We chose to bring back different compositions each year – this time we wanted to play with our previous limited editions while celebrating one of the flowers featured in our permanent collection. Thus, there is Silk Blossom, Star Magnolia and Orange Blossom – all work very well together as a floral family.

The Star Magnolia Cologne was released in 2017, Silk Blossom in 2014 and Orange Blossom is part of the permanent collection of the house. The new launch of this collection is the creation Frangipani Flower.

The Blossoms invites us :

This collection offers four fragrances (available in 30ml and 100ml), two hair mists, a candle and a diffuser. It is a rich range that wishes to brighten our interior as our olfactory signature with the flowers of the moment.

Like every limited edition collection, the house Jo Malone customizes its bottles. For the occasion, we dive into bright colors : pink, yellow, orange and green. It is fresh, beautiful and especially in symbiosis with the painting that wants to paint the perfumes.

Les prices range from 51€ for hair mists, 55€ for the candle, 57€ for 30ml colognes, 102€ for the diffuser and 113€ for 100ml colognes.

Collection Blossoms : fragrances

Frangipani Flower Cologne : is a floral composition where the top notes are jasmine petals and lemon, in heart notes, frangipani flower, ylang ylang and flower orange. Finally, we find sandalwood and benzoin in base notes. This creation is solar, light and delicate. I had a real crush on this light, airy and creamy fragrance that envelops you like a glowing caress coming straight from Bali.

Silk Blossom Cologne : is a floral chypre fragrance for women. We have top notes of white pepper, apricot and bergamot. In heart notes, we are caught in a cocktail of flowers with silk flower, rose and petals of jasmine. Silk blossom ends with a powdery heliotrope cloud on a bed of moss and patchouli. This creation is sophisticated and elegant.

Star Magnolia Cologne : is a mixed floral creation. Top notes are lemon, ginger and shiso open the fragrance and make it sparkle with freshness. In heart notes, the starry magnolia creates the floral accord with neroli, very sweet, almost fruity. In base notes, sandalwood, cedar and amber bring texture, warmth and sensuality. It extends the fragrance, which makes it all the more captivating.

Orange Blossom Cologne : is a mixed floral composition. The clementine flower, lemongrass and citron open the fragrance. In heart note, we have orange blossom. As base notes, we have white lilac, neroli and sandalwood. Orange Blossom is like a shimmering oasis. It’s fresh, green, in short, a pure delight for this time of the year.

Two of these fragrances have been declined in hair mists : Star Magnolia hair mist and Orange Blossom hair mist. Previously launched in 2017 for Star Magnolia, Jo Malone has reformulated its product to offer a mist more respectful of the hair. They are enriched with nourishing and softening ingredients while remaining very light. They bring shine to the hair while delicately perfuming it. Capillary mists can be worn alone or combined with any Blossom collection cologne or with your signature scent.
