Sensitive skincare routine

My skincare routine has changed a lot since my skin problems (read here). I wanted to share the products that make it up! This article is the first part of my routine and integrates cleansing and toning of the skin. These products are perfect for dry and sensitive skin. I also chose skincare with natural compositions.

Sensitive skincare routine : cleansing skin

When it comes to skincare, I have a passion for skin cleansing! If you read me for a few years, you know that I love Foaming Cleansers and Co.

Morning and evening, it is important to clean your skin – even if you do not wear makeup. Between pollution, “sweating”, etc., the skin needs to be rid of all these impurities. Having a healthy skin helps maintain a good balance of the microbial flora and help against skin aging.

Sensitive skincare routine: which products I’m using?

For the morning, I like to refresh my face with a light cleanser that rinses with water. Right now, I’m using Gallinée Foaming Facial Cleanser. This product is a soap-free cleanser that will purify the skin without drying it out. Once the skin is dry, I have a two or three sprays of Rosamélis Eau de Beauté from Embryolisse. This Eau de Beauté is a soothing floral tonic that will tighten the skin texture and bring radiance to the skin. In addition, its fragrance gives me a boost!

For the evening, if I am wearing makeup, I will use the cleansing oil Beauty Wave of LABOTÉ. This product will rid the skin of any makeup – even waterproof. Once the skin is free of make-up, I complete the cleansing with Gallinée Foaming Facial Cleanser. Then I apply the Embryolisse Micellar Lotion with a cotton pad. This lotion allows me to remove the last makeup residues. Compared to my dermatitis, I rinse the micellar lotion with thermal water and then finish again with the Rosalémis Eau de Beauté.
