Champ de Fleurs and Champ de Baies L’Artisan Parfumeur

With spring, renewal in the sky and gardens, the desire to give its scented wake is often felt. I had the pleasure to recently discover two new creations: Champ de Fleurs and Champ de Baies L’Artisan Parfumeur and I had the desire to share them on the blog because their universe is totally in symbiosis with mine!

Champ de Fleurs and Champ de Baies L’Artisan Parfumeur

In the collection of The Colognes, L’Artisan Parfumeur takes advantage of the arrival of spring to delight our senses and transport us in a breath of fresh air with two new creations: Champs de Fleurs and Champs de Baies.

What I liked is the light color of their box – which is different from the black packaging that is the identity of the brand. These new creations bring a wind of freshness and light that sign the renewal.

These creations are available in the L’Artisan Parfumeur shops and the referenced points of sale. Their cost is 115€ the 100ml.

Champ de Fleurs L’Artisan Parfumeur

Champ de Fleurs is described as a “Shiver of Petals“. I could not have said better for this floral creation signed Anne Flipo, a nose that I particularly love.

When I discovered this fragrance, my first impression was as if a spring wind having captured all the essences of my favorite flowers was enveloping me.

The bells of lily of the valley and the delicacy of the jasmine have plunged me into the morning dew where these flowers bring enchantment. This bouquet of white flowers is sublimated by the juicy grapefruit and the delicacy of the pear. White cedar, musk and amber gracefully round off the dance.

Champ de Baie L’Artisan Parfumeur

Created by Evelyne Boulanger, Champ de Baies captures the “Blackberries at dawn“.

I go back to the memories of childhood where we left with the friends to pick the blackberries. It was the invitation to adventure in the thick branches and especially gourmandise.

We find the nashi pear, a very juicy and fresh Japanese pear (which I liked very much in Jo Malone’s Nashi Blossom), pink rhubarb and bergamot bark that is reminiscent of homemade iced tea carafes. The notes of berries mix with those of jasmine for a very spring freshness. The latter is counterbalanced with notes of white musk and amber that come to play the mystery and depth. Cedar and patchouli end up raising Champ de Baies with the characteristic sophistication of L’Artisan Parfumeur.

My thoughts

L’Artisan Parfumeur transports me back to a sublimated Nature. I really like these two creations. Champ de Baies reveals itself juicy, chic, aquatic and aromatic and not at all too “sweet”. Champ de Fleurs is obviously my favorite – I am passionate about floral fragrances. It is full of delicacy, with a fruity edge that makes us the promise of a beautiful summer.

I also like the fact that the juice of the perfumes are in the shades of the emotions they evoke. Champ de Fleurs, romantic, is tinged with a dusty pink – that’s just my color if you start to know me. Champ de Baies takes on a more mysterious hue, like the blackberries, of which one must know the secret locations.

The Artisan Parfumeur offers us nice discoveries in these first sunny days of spring. Immerse yourself in these new fragrances is a real delight!
